1. Products Information Warranty
The manufacturing process of PVC, HPL, and WPC surface solutions is the best at Makmore. Quality checks are done on all products. We will consider replacement where there are manufacturing defects in our warranty policy. Reporting of claims has to be done within 7days of delivery.
2. Orders & Customization
Purchases have to be made under official links. Lead times may be required in case of customization (e.g. size, finish, color). The confirmed custom orders are not canceled or returned unless they are defective.
3. Pricing & Payment
The prices may change in accordance with availability of raw materials and market changes. Agreed payments have to be made. Every transaction is backed up by an invoice.
4. Returns & Replacements
They accept only returns in cases of damaged deliveries or incorrect deliveries. The products, which are customized, are not refundable. We will examine and identify if products are eligible to be replaced upon returning them.
5. Dealer Responsibilities
The dealers and distributors of Makmore are supposed to represent the company professionalism and uphold brand integrity and fair trade practices. Violation of such duties can lead to the end of association.
6. Intellectual Property
Everything, the design of the products and the brand features are a property of Makmore and can not be copied or used without an authorization.
7. Policy Revisions
Makmore has the freedom to make changes in these terms. In any further participation there is implied the accordance of the new terms.
